unfortunately, it seems there is no workaround for older versions. i think you can split the content in different tables and use a normal div for a page break https://playground.jsreport.net/w/anon/I2fIFf0~, however it is probably not something very efficiently to do for a more complex template

I may not be describing things correctly, but i am trying to access variables from within helpers, not scripts. Does that matter?

I will work on getting you a playground entry to look at so you can see, but if the helpers can't run the beforeRender and don't have access to variables within the global, it won't really matter much

The long tables are typically slowing chrome rendering, but honestly, chrome is for us black-box just like for you, so I don't know how to trick this.

There is no other way to speed it up.
If you split one template into 3. jsreport needs to do the whole pipeline 3x. Chrome also needs to parse scripts, build DOM and print pdf 3 times so of course it will be slower than if you do all of this just once.

oj everything works its my bad.. apperently i had a password on each page mistakly because i played before and then i cloned the pages which kept the password, after i removed it from all pages everything works great, i guess theres some kind of bug calling api with password but i dont need it.

In general, you typically render TOC twice. The first time so it consumes the appropriate place and render headings and styles. The second time you render it again, but this time just with page numbers and merge it into the main template. Like here

This means that the dots should be hidden by you the second time and invisible.

It seems like an issue with the infrastructure configuration because jsreport is properly started based on the logs. Perhaps port config?
Please try to start a plain nodejs app first and then ask on some "cloudways" specific forums or StackOverflow because there will be a more specific audience. I'm not familiar with this cloud.

The most common reason for this error is the Chrome reaches some resource limits. And the most common reason to reach the resource limits is because of high-resolution images. This is mentioned here

Not sure if this is a good approach. The component should be reusable and agnostic to from what context level it is called. You should pass to the component what it needs using parameters.

Like this, you can use the handlebars @root variable or as @zewar96 suggest the ../ operator to reach the root context.
{{component "multiple-choice-answer" formDetail=@root.formDetail}}
The you can use {{formDetail.topFloor}} in the component.

Not sure I understood your dataset properly, but hopefully you get the idea.

I've implemented basic authentication directly in the node js code before I run jsreport now. It works fine, even with the jsreport .net SDK as it also uses basic auth on the API requests.
