  This recipe just wraps library html-docx-js so the best resource is the library github repo.

  I've found there that you can use img width and height attributes.

  Or you can use jsreport helpers to resize the images dynamically.

  This should have nothing todo with the version upgrades. Do you see the template in the studio when you log in with the same user that is doing the API request?

  I've added those versions to the original post above.

  As far as I know, jsreport v2 should run fine in node 12. There are just known problems in jsreport v2 with import and office recipes with node 16.
  The ubuntu later than xenial breaks https resources like images when you use phantom-pdf recipe. However, you most likely already use the chrome-pdf recipes introduced in v2 so you should be fine.
  In every case, this wouldn't cause the mentioned error Unable to find specified template which means the template rendering even didn't start because the template wasn't found.

  Unfortunately the proxy is not working when using a http (not https) proxy. There seems to be an issue with the used axios library that cannot open a https connection through a corporate http proxy. A related issue is indicated in https://github.com/axios/axios/issues/4531. But there are also other users reporting issues when using a http proxy.

  We found a solution by bypassing our proxy for the license request.

  as for your last screenshot, it is not clear what throws, the screenshot just shows that the import validation passes with some warnings, however, even with warnings you can still continue the import, just click "Import". if you continue, what happens?

  How to unzip? Should I need to download any tool to unzip it? Also it doesn't tell the correct location of corrupted area .

  rename your export file extension from .jsrexport to .zip, from example if your file is file.jsrexport rename it to file.zip then you can unzip it with any tool available on your OS for handling zip files.

  It looks like I was missing the "renderRequest" tag around the payload. This is not required when you call the JSReports Console App API

  Page.printToPDF timed out. Increase the 'protocolTimeout' setting in launch/connect calls for a higher timeout if needed.

  That worked thanks. It is now getting to 600000ms before timing out so I need to look at the template and see where I can optimize it.

  Only some extensions support passing sub-templates inside its properties, like pdf utils.
