The 504 Gateway Time-out is a web server timeout, not jsreport one. It means that the web server was waiting for response from jsreport, but it didn't response in time. You will find logs in app/logs for your on prem application. Or in the studio profiler in jsreportonliner.

yes, the introspect endpoint is a requirement when using HTTP requests to the jsreport HTTP API. right now there is no other way to authenticate the token against the authorization server.

i am opening a new issue to check what MS is recommending in this case (validate with the token signature and issuer validation in the OpenID discovery document). you can subscribe in the issue for updates about the feature, however we don't have am exact time when we will check this.

Unfortunately, this is how it works by design. We have no way of knowing if you want the content at the end of the first table or not. I've submitted a task to check if we can add a new option that would allow having two tables next to each other.

At this moment, one solution is to define cells contents including headers in the helper, and use a single each. To keep formatting, you will need to postprocess the xlsx using xlsx transformation helpers

hi! there are no plans to support more engines for docx. the complexity there is already high, we don't want to complicate it more.

What makes using handlebars tricky for us is inability to address results of the function like
getData(this.order).name
I understand that by handlebars ideas data should be prepared beforehand, but it really overcomplicates things for us.

not sure if you are aware but, handlebars supports subexpressions, which will simplify your calls to this {{lookup (getData order) "name"}} (the lookup helper is a handlebars builtin helper FYI)

In handlebars, when you want to use a helper to calculate the attribute of another helper, you use () subexpressions.

The last value is actually the duration, so you don't have to do the math...
